My sister ... Hindering and Success
There are many people who were born normal but later their families discover that they have a physical problem. In this essay I would like to talk about my sister who was born normal but after two years old she couldn’t walk, and her life since then has been full of obstacles.
She faced many obstacles and her life is full of suffering, but also full of overcoming them. But she is coping quite well now. When my parents realized that she can’t walk they took her to many doctors. She had Hydrotherapy and also many therapies. She had an operation on her spinal column but without any results. After that, she realized she has no mobility without a wheelchair. She was home schooled because many schools didn’t want to admit her because they are not disabled friendly. For example, when the bus school picks her up from home and drops her in school, she has to wait for one hour in cold weather till a dear friend comes and helps her up to class. She was impatient and furious with that. In spite of this, she doesn’t allow this to get her down (frustrate). She has many talents and attributes. She can write stories, poems and also she can draw. Last week, she graduated from high school with honors. Presently, she is applying for a university. She is ambitious. Defeatism is something which is not in her vocabulary.
In conclusion, I know she will suffer in her life but also she will overcome it. We are still encouraging her and we believe she will achieve the impossible. She believes in fate.
